Makeup Services
Deposits for all makeup services will still be paid through Square Invoice that will be emailed to you.

Makeup Prices:
For proms, photo shoot, special occasions, engagement photos, boudoir, events, parties, etc
On Location: $200
Thurby/Derby/Oaks: $200
This includes makeup for Derby Events and Galas on those same days. Minimum for travel must be met or additional fees will apply. Travel and parking fees are per artist/stylist coming to you. Please inquire for details! Because this is an extremely busy time of year with limited appointments we do have a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations within 21 days of your appointment will result in 50% balance payment, cancellation within 14 days on your appointment will result in 100% balance payment. If you cancel 22+ days before your appointment you will only lose your non-refundable deposit. You will be invoiced for your final payment the week of Derby. That invoice will also include your appointment prep instructions.
Pageants/Fitness Competitions: $175
On Set/Location for Film, TV, Photo Shoot, Production:

- 1 full face makeup including airbrush foundation, eyes, lips, cheeks and faux lashes for no additional charge on request. (1 1/2 hours with set up and clean, additional people 45 min each)
- Travel within Louisville Metro included. Additional travel fees, parking fees and/or tolls may apply.
- $75 deposit is required to hold your event and will be deducted from your total.
- Lip touch-up kit included with makeup!
- Add additional people for $150/each
- Can add on hair styling to your appointment for an additional fee

- Half Day (4 hours): $425-$475
- Full Day (8 hours): $750-$800
- Additional hours: $100/hour (after 8 hours)

Most travel Fees are included in Louisville Metro/Jefferson County. Additional travel fees may apply.
Travel outside of this area is billed as a $50 flat fee plus $1/mile round trip per artist.
Toll fees are added to your travel fee if applicable.
Parking Fees- If your wedding/event has paid parking then there is a minimum $35 parking fee/ per artist (no exceptions). Parking fee at the Omni Louisville is min $50.

How to Prepare for your Makeup Application:
- Come to your appointment with clean, moisturized skin and lips.
- You can exfoliate your face to remove any dead, loose skin to give a smoother base for your makeup.
- Exfoliate your lips by brushing them with your toothbrush when brushing your teeth.
- Try out anything new months in advance- spray tan, waxing, skin care products.
- I do not recommend changing your cleansers or lotions close to your wedding or event.
- Allow at least 45 minutes for your makeup application.
- If your appointment is a travel service, then please have the space ready for your artist.
- Cleared table space with plugs nearby preferably by a window and in a room with good lighting.
