Bridal Hair Services

Cassie will help you book a hair stylist for your wedding day!  She has several stylists with 15+ years of experience that work along side her.  All hair stylists are licensed cosmetologists and either have their own salon or work in a salon.

Deposits for all hair services will be paid through Square Invoice that will be emailed to you.
​A paid booking fee & signed contract are required for all wedding bookings.
Wedding Booking Fee: $125
  • One time fee due with your contract to book your wedding day.

Bridal Hair Package: $600
  • Bride +3 adults (4 total) Hair Styling.
  • ​1 Flower Girl included.
  • Travel within Louisville Metro included.
  • Minimum booking is $600. Booking Fee and travel/parking fees not included in the minimum.
Add on to Bridal Hair Package:
  • Additional Attendants (bridesmaids/moms): $90 ​
  • ​Additional Flower Girls (12 and under): $60

Bride Trial Run: $125
For booked brides only.  This is for figuring out your wedding day look!
  • 90 min appointment
    • Consultation and hair style
    • This will be scheduled with your hair stylist at their salon or in the Young Beauty Company studio.
  • $25 deposit required, $100 due at trial appointment​ ​​

Additional Bride Options:
If you don't fit what's listed above check out this option available below!
  • Bride Only available at $225 if our schedule allows.  (3 people or less.)
    • $125 booking fee required.
    • Additional attendants are $115/each
    • $50 travel fee within Louisville Metro.
    • Subject to travel fees since this does not meet the wedding day minimum.
      • ​​For bookings outside of Louisville Metro the minimum is required.
      • ​Since this does not meet the minimum, we do ask that you work with us on timing/scheduling. You can always pay the minimum to get the exact time you want!   
​Second Hair Stylists are available to accommodate big groups (10+) and/or tight timelines
$125 one-time fee due at booking

​Travel and Parking Fees:
If the minimum is not met then travel within Louisville Metro is billed at a flat fee of $50.
Travel outside of this area is billed as a $50 flat fee plus $1/mile round trip (per artist). 
​Toll fees are added to your travel fee if applicable.

Parking Fees- if your wedding or event has paid parking there is a minimum $35 parking fee (no exceptions). Parking fee at the Omni Louisville is min $50.
Gratuity is not included in any of the prices, packages or travel fees.
​Prices and Package subject to change without notice.  If you have already booked your wedding or event then you are locked into the prices that were listed/agreed on when you paid your deposit.  
How to Prepare for your Hair Style:
  • Arrive with clean and dry hair.
    • ​Does not have to be freshly washed but should not be wet or greasy.
  • If you are wanting a blow out that needs to be scheduled during booking.  In this case please have freshly washed, wet hair.
  • Have photos/ideas of the hair style you want.
  • Wear a shirt/top that buttons or zips (doesn't have to be pulled over your head).

How to Prep for Your Bride Hair Trial Run:
  • Arrive to your appointment with clean and dry hair.​​
    • ​Does not have to be freshly washed but should not be wet or greasy.
  • Bring photos/ideas of hair styles you want as well as photos of yourself with hair styles you loved and how you typically wear/like your hair.
  • Wear a similar color to your wedding day outfit.
  • Have your makeup trial the same day or at least wear makeup to help the whole look come together!
