Wedding Booking Fee: $125
One time fee due with your contract to book your wedding day. This fee is part of your overall makeup costs but is due upfront with your signed contract. The rates below are after this fee is paid.
Bride Only: $250
For groups of 3 or less. Booking Fee and additional travel/parking fees not included. $125 due at booking, $250 due on wedding day. $375 total for bride only.
Bride Makeup Package: $600
Required for groups of 4+ as well as weddings outside of Louisville. Booking Fee and additional travel/parking fees not included. $125 due at booking, $600 due on wedding day. $725 total (includes booking fee, bride makeup +3 adults +1 complimentary flower girl)

For groups of 3 or less. Booking Fee and additional travel/parking fees not included. $125 due at booking, $250 due on wedding day. $375 total for bride only.

- $50 travel fee in Louisville Metro or you can book for in studio for no travel fee!
- For bookings outside of Louisville Metro the minimum is required.
- Since this does not meet our minimum, we do ask that you work with us on timing/scheduling. You can always pay the minimum to get the exact time you want.
- You can add hair styling to this package without meeting the hair minimum if booking with one artist that provides both services and also gives you savings on the booking fees. This will work for groups of 3 or less and based on team member availability. Inquire for details on this!!

Parking Fees- if your wedding or event has paid parking there is a minimum $40 parking fee/ per artist (no exceptions). Parking fee at the Omni Louisville is min $50.
Gratuity is not included in any of the prices, packages or travel fees.

How to Prepare for your Makeup Application:
How to Prep for Your Bride Makeup Trial Run:
- Wear a shirt that does not have to be pulled over your head- zip up or button up.
- Come to your appointment with clean, moisturized skin and lips.
- You can exfoliate your face to remove any dead, loose skin to give a smoother base for your makeup.
- Exfoliate your lips by brushing them with your toothbrush when brushing your teeth.
- Try out anything new months in advance- spray tan, waxing, skin care products.
- I do not recommend changing your cleansers or lotions close to your wedding or event.
- Allow 45-60 minutes for the bride, 30-40 minutes for each attendance (bridesmaids, moms, etc), 15-20 minutes for junior bridesmaids, and about 5 minutes for flower girls.
- If your appointment is a travel service, then please have the space ready for your artist.
- Cleared table space per artist (preferably 3x6 or larger but minimum of 4x4) with plugs nearby preferably by a window and in a room with good lighting.
How to Prep for Your Bride Makeup Trial Run:
- Arrive to your appointment with clean, moisturized skin and lips.
- Bring photos/ideas of makeup you want as well as photos of yourself with makeup you loved or how you typically wear/like your makeup.
- Wear similar colors to your wedding attire.
- Have your hair trial the same day or fix your hair, even simple curls help bring the makeup more to life!
- Get your spray tan, eye brows done, hair colored, etc if possible prior to your appointment so you look the most like you will on your wedding day. (I know it's not always possible but helpful if you can!)
